Born in a small country town in east Texas, Sandra Lackey Jenkins has been a citizen of Dallas County, (Oak Cliff to be exact), for the majority of her life.  For about 4 years, she relocated to Phoenix only to recognize that there truly is no place like home.

She was greatly influenced by her mother who, during Sandra’s formative years, participated in social events for elder women, and Sandra, in her tender years, attended as well.  Throughout her life, Sandra has collaborated with many seasoned matriarchs.

Now that she herself has earned the years on Earth where she can engage in the benefits of the senior community she desires to share in the advancement of the opportunities available to it by learning and circulating information that assists with the encouragement, refreshment, revival, and survival of the management of maturity.
